I was wondering if Cook gave a recommended pH range for their various media 1) IVF medium 2) Cleavage Medium and 3) Blastocyst medium.

I realize labs will set this according to their own desires by adjusting their incubator CO2, but I was wondering if Cook gave a specific range or recommendation (ie. are all the media the same, or does bicarb and therefore pH change between the various media to optimize outcomes of each step).

Hi there,

Thank you for posting your question. Please refer to our website for the pH ranges of our products. We have provided a direct link to the products you mentioned. On the data sheets you will find the pH range when gassed in a 6% CO2 environment.
